Why is my Dress to Impress code not working?

DTI codes are case-sensitive and use numbers in place of letters: 0 is a zero, and 1, 3, 4 and 5 stand in for I, E, A and S. Typing a capital O instead of a zero is the most common reason a code fails. Copy and paste the code rather than typing it. The code may also have expired.

Yes. Many DTI codes are tied to events, updates or creator collaborations and stop working once that window closes. Expired codes are kept in this archive with the date they ended.
